Species: Pantherian (Pan Thair Eeyan), basically an anthropomorphic panther, though with more vivid fur colours and patterns.

In Maximal’s case, deep blue, but other Pantherians have been known to be red, grey, gold etc. Some Pantherians are born with wings, mostly silver/grey in colour, but like the fur, they can also be in other colours too. When not in use, the wings fold back, compacting against their back and maintaining their agility, but when needed, the wings flex outward to an average of 6 feet on either side, allowing the Pantherian to fly great distances with ease.

Personality: Maximal is a very friendly guy, polite and well mannered. He gets along well with others and is very capable of working in a team with other crew members. He is also very creative and passionate, eager to please others and get the job done but does tend to get lost in his own mind every now and then with new ideas. His talents include Holo-Programming and an ability to play the keyboard/piano.

History: Maximal joined the Starfleet Academy, excelling in Engineering and picking up a fondness for holographic technology during the many simulations during his studies. Upon passing from the Academy (With above average grades in all examinations), Maximal was assigned to a few Engineeing positions on Earth before being given a position aboard Voyager after it returned and began another service.
