Name: Your character’s name
Nickname: Any nicknames that your character goes by.
Age: Your character’s age.
Sex: Female or male
Species: (If not a known species, like Vulcan or Betaziod, then you’ll need to give a detailed description of what the species is like.  Pics help.)
Personality: Your character’s personality.
History: Your character’s life up until this point.  (2 or 3 paragraphs, max)

Appearance:

Hair: What does you character’s hair color look like?
Eyes: Your character’s eye color and etc.
Height: Your character’s height
Weight: You character’s weight
Picture: If you have a picture of you character, that works best.

Notes:

Anything else that you think would help others envision your character accurately, list it here.
